Hi,

yes - I agree with you. After reading it I was tempted to write a review of 
the review. Some of his criticisms of Nachtwey apply equally well to Capa 
and McCullin, and suggest to me that 1) he doesn't really understand 
front-line photography/photographers and 2) he has a chip on his shoulder 
about Nachtwey and Salgado.

Nevertheless I do think it is important to hear critical appraisal of 
photographers like N & S. All to often we get only fawning praise and hero 
worship.
