Dan,

I know everyone has their own opinions, but I had an M3 to go with my M6 .72
and traded it in for the M6 .85 when they came out. I was never super
comfortable with the loading, but the big things for me we the ability to
use it with my 35mm Summicron (instead of the Summaron with eyes) and the
fact it had frame lines for the 75mm. I never found a big difference between
finders on the M3 and M6 .85.  I like the ability to use any lens on any
body in a pinch.
