Is it something inherently difficult about the design. Every one of the four R-4's I've owned and two of my R-3's sooner or later had this problem. It felt as though a return spring had either snapped or jumped out of its mounting. So far no problems with my R-7 or 6.2, but then they are under two tears old. Regards, Akhil
