It's been a few years since I was up on this but as I recall the next Sunpak 
model up the line -- the 433D, I believe (the one designed to use on cameras 
that take a dedicated module) -- would give you the features you're looking 
for. Buy it with the "standard" shoe. The off camera sensor cord goes between 
the module and the flash. When not using the cord you can leave it on the 
camera and the unit will swivel for bounce in the vertical position. Also, 
the scale is a lot easier to discern than the Vivitar . . .
