Pascal,
It comes with the lens when you purchase it.  It screws into the tripod
socket base on the lens and smoothes out the ergonomic shape/feel of the
lens in to your palm. It's so well done it allows the lens to lie in
your hand like a feather, letting the user focus with the thumb of the
left hand. 

It's difficult to explain and needs to be seen attached or held in hand.
But it is a major improvement in long lens handling.
