The original replacement foam seal for the door "window" should be available from the Leica people (possibly as a no charge item - at least it is in the U.S.) The foam is adhered with the equivalent of double-sided tape. Remove any residue of the old seal with a cotton swab and some alcohol,and lift of the paper-like carrier that remains using tweezers. Then remove the paper cover that protects the adhesive on the new seal and press it into place. Your finished! Tom Furlotte Memphis
