I typically expose Tri-X at 320 and develop in D-76 1:1 for 9:30 at 68 (20)
degrees. I get very good results with a cold light head (Aristo on a 23C
Beselor enlarger) and graded paper. For some negs, not all, I get awesome
results with Polycontrast paper, the cold light head and no filter. At my
website for example, the snowy owls were done this way.
