Your lens just needs a good cleaning. While I would recommend Gerry still,
and am surprised that L-K could not tackle it, I am sure that any competent
camera repair place could do the job. This is assuming it is an M lens and
not a 90/2.8 tele-elmarit-M. So if you are in a rush, check out the repair

Any good Leica repair place tends to have a back log but the wait is worth
