KEH did NOT follow suit...they mismarked an item, and were not able to get, 
nor had, the correct item.  I paid for return shipping, and they did NOT 
refund the original WAY OVERPRICED shipping charge!  $9.99 for a small 
plastic lense cap!

B&H sent me the wrong item. It was their error. They cheerfully refunded
the cost of the item and shipping charges both ways. I also received a
eamil reply as well as a personal telephone call. This a real joy to see
in this age of "don't care-ism"
