Subject: [Leica] Pradolux question

I have an old Leitz Pradolux projector. I have had it for years and got
it for next to nothing and I assume it's not worth much now. The
projector is pretty simple - really just a lamp, a fan, a lens and a
manual advance mechanism for standard magazines. But I shoot very few
slides these days, so for my purposes it's just fine. With all the talk
about projector lenses a couple of weeks ago, I'm just curious what
anyone might know about the Elmaron 85mm f 2.8 lens. The projected image
seems nice, but then I'm not that critical. Is it considered a decent
lens?

Like I say, this is just idle curiosity. I'm not replacing the projector
or lens at this point no matter the verdict, but I would be interested
in your opinions.

Thanks
