One of the most notorious place is Katsumido in Ginza. From the main
intersection, you walk eastward towards the fish market about 50m. The
store is on the south side of the boulevard.

It regularly stocks original, grey M2, Nikon M, and stuff like that.

There are quite a number of dealers in the area, but most only carry
run-of-the-mill Leicas. Lemon which recently lost its status as an
official importer sometimes has interesting stuff. I believe they
recently sold its collection which included half-frame M4, 250 exposure
LTM, and such.

The prices are very high, and you regularly see stuff over 1 million
yen, or $9500 USD.

Have fun.
