B.D., as you probably know, Sally Mann received lots of heavy criticism and 
even the threat, I believe,  of legal action because of her kid photos.  I 
agree with you completely; her pictures make me very nervous for many 
reasons. But those pictures are great photography none the less, IMHO. Arthur
