Don Goldberg (DAG) does a top notch conversion of the Hologon.  When I 
visited him about two years ago, he was working on the final machining for 
the conversion.  I believe he charges somewhere in the neighborhood of $500 
for the conversion.
He is located in McFarland, Wisconsin near Madison.
