Rodinal will be more compensating at higher dilutions to a certain extent. (like most developers) You'll start to loose speed if you do it higher than 1:100. 1:100 it is in it's peak powers. VERY sharp with a halo effect in the highlights that can't be beat with a stick! I was into using it at 1:50 though for less overwhelming grain but great sharpness! Stupendous with Pan F or Agfapan 25 or Tri X. I'm not saying this against the T.E.C which I don't know from. mark rabiner
