Well, Ted, I often travel with an assistant, my wife. My wife is a tad
under five feet tall, so the top of her head also doubles as a convenient
and stable photographic platform in lieu of toting a tri-pod. She does talk
back, but she is both smarter and wiser than I and is thus worth heeding.

Jeeeeesh guys, Tom, Buzz and others,

The easiest load lightener? Get an assistant ! :-)

Hell she can pack a ton of stuff and as long as I feed her twice a day
she works like a mule. Keeps the cameras loaded and knows what lens I
need before I ask. She's got a great personality, attractive, smart,
drives fast and drinks little. :-) Heck what more could you ask for in a
load lightener? ;-) Beats the hell out of any Domke bag I've ever seen.

And she never talks back! ;-) And that's a key point! ;-)
