I've been using Kodachrome since the 50's. I've never
liked Kodachrome 64 at all. It's OK if the final media
is prints but not for projection. On the other hand, I
find that Kodachrome 200 has a color rendition similar
to Kodachrome 25 and so I keep K25 in two bodies and
K200 in the third. I find that most of the stuff I see
on the Internet is gaudy and unnatural. I couldn't
imagine Leicas w/o Kodachrome 25. Bud Cook -----

I shot some flowers (petunias, I think they're called)
a couple of years ago on PKR using my 90mm
Summicron-R. I was astonished at the color saturation
and accuracy. Comparing it to E100S and E100SW, and
Velvomita as well as Provia 100 type II, which I shot
at the same time, there was no contest. The purples,
especially, could not be rendered accurately by the
E-6 films. They all looked sort of bluish-magenta.

Sharpness was noticeably better with the PKR than even
the Velvomita.
