The various 135mm lenses that focus to a little less than 5 feet or 1.5 meters give what I think is pretty much the same coverage as the DR Summicron at close range, although a bit slower at f3.5 to f4.5 depending on which model you chose. If you can get your hands on a 135mm lens, give it a try. It will not be macro, but neither is the DR Summicron.
