Subject: [Leica] Portrait Lens: 90mm or 135mm

Hi All!

Many thanks to B.D. Colen, Jean-Claude Berger, Doug Herr, Nathan Wajsman,
Simon Lamb, Tom Schofield and others who have responded to my query regarding
the selection of a portrait lens for use with the 0.72 M6 TTL I purchased
recently. I guess I should get the 90mm/f2 APO, although the 135mm/f3.4 APO
is also attractive because of its greater working distance and lesser weight.
But Doug has got me thinking about an entirely different approach to
portraits - with an R6.2 or R8 and the corresponding 90 or 130 R lens!
Decisions! Decisions! Well....studying and evaluating all the relevant Leica
cameras and lenses is almost as much fun as using them!
