I found this to be absurd. How it escalated into this other thing is beyond me. What I do find annoying is that some people think that everything should be handed to them: that to EARN their way in life is an inconvenience. In all likelihood you make more money than I do. How you spend it is your business, but to criticize Leica for their pricing is simply ignorance of economics. It's not a mass-market product, nor can it ever be. I don't care one whit what kind or brand of camera you or anybody else uses, but this is a LEICA USER GROUP. That was and is my point. If you think Contax G2 is the second coming, fine, but don't confuse one kind of thing with another. It's NOT A LEICA, for better or worse, nor is it CHEAPER. That was, is, and remains my point.
