that is the wedding i had: town hall, two witnesses, a few friends, a few
family members; 20 minutes. afterwards, small party at a friends. no cake,
no band, just good food and plenty to drink. my wife is french, we married
in paris.

however, when we got back to the states... my mother and grandmother made a
BIG reception about 6 months later. rented hall. decorations. about 100
people, most of who i did not know. band. cake. sit-down dinner. speeches.
photographs. etc.

afterwards, my grandmother comes up to me and says: NOW you're married!
