I just received a 35 Summicron-M Asph today. I already had a 40
Summicron-C. Although very similar in specifications, the asph model is
significantly larger and heavier. Comments? Anyone know if the
Summicron-C 40/2.0 is a lens of the same quality of other Leica optics,
given that it was made in the early seventies to go on the Japanese CL
body?
