Subject: [Leica] T.A. soft release AKA "Softie"

Well, it didn't take very long, I was out shooting with my M6 with a
newly-acquired Softie from Tom Abrahamsson, and when I got home I realized
the soft release was GONE!  Have other softie-users had this experience?  Do
these things tend to unscrew themselves?
