Interesting, since I think that "the latest troubles" have been very civil
by some previous LUG standard.  There has been little or no name-calling,
people have (it seems) restrained their urge to have the last word, and
while there has been a difference of opinion (only to be expected), I find
that on the whole (with one or two exceptions) the discussion has been
polite and civil.

Not on topic, mind you, but hey, this is the LUG, right? ;)
