Hi Rick.
If its a Black dial set the shutter on 1/30 and your so called secondary
setting(Flash sync. dial on 2. If the Sync.dial  numbers are red set the
shutter at 1/50 for Electronoc Flash without delay and shutter at 1/25,sync
dial at 0 for Electronic flash with delay.
