g'day all,

Well my Z2x died 4 weeks ago. At first it would still work with the auto
timer, but soon the poor darling died. Leica saw me coming, and in handing
back the 70-180 zoom after its prolonged holiday in Germany, promised rapid
action on the p&s. 

Well it can't be fixed --- typical isn't it of all things electronic and
modern. So back to Germany for a new board, but in the mean time they are
sending us a new one complete with a further 2 years warranty. 

Ok, they at least back the product.
