Yes ted you are right. I just came back from Door County Wisconsin where I shot nothing but Tmax 100 and Tmax 400. Shot five rolls. Not bad for just one day out in the field for me. I don't often get a chance to shoot photos for me. Since I shoot nothing but color color color all the time at work, its so fun to shoot black and white. But my next adventure is to get my temperature control tub up and running so I can properly process the film. I found that 75 degrees F is the perfect temp to process Tmax films with. From my experience it seems as if it doesn't handle low temps well. But as long as you know what you need to do it is not a problem. I am working on a personal body of work with the advent of my inlaws moving up there. I can do nature studies that I have always wanted to do. No sense just talking about it, just do it. I don't care if no one wants to buy them, its more for my personal pleasure. But I think a couple 100 footers need to be bought as I don't like paying for the factory loads. It will be awhile before I print any, but I definitely want to fire up the darkroom again. I may scan a few in to see proofs of my work, but I do want to print a bunch. But have spent so many years earlier in my career in the black and white darkroom, I truly think photography has lost some of its edge with the heavy emphasis on color and digi photography. Anyway, ted you are right. gck
