Let's face it: We are practicing a 19th century craft.  It is kind of amazing 
that it's endured for over 150 years and is still quite popular. In fact, it 
seems to be going through some kind of renewal.  Still, you've got to admit 
that digital has much going for it as far as daily journalism is concerned.  
It's the "art" that I can't stand.
