Eek!--now Bob's giving us his measurements--too much information!

Sorry, just couldn't resist. To keep this on topic, I'd like to ask a
question of 19f2.8(w/turret) owners regarding build quality. I recently
bought one used and noticed two screws were loose in the hood (the other 2
are now missing)--do these fall out easily? Also, the front-most ring of the
lens has 4 holes--should there be screws there as well? I treat my gear
fairly roughly, so it may have been bounced around a bit, but I wondered if
this was a common occurence with this lens or other modern R lenses. Can I
bug Leica for some small screws or will I have to send the lens in
(cha-ching) to have them added back?

Just got back the first slides shot with this lens and they show great
contrast, plus the distortion is much lower than I exected!

Thanks for any input...
