Leica Solms have it as repair part. I tried to buy it directly from the factory, then the Scandinavian agent. But negative. They both said that I had to send the camera to the nearest Leica agent repair shop, in order to let them do the job. They are the only ones allowed to order it. Maybe it is easier in the US.
But I think it is great that it still is available. (I was told that they have leatherette for the M6 and M3)

A bit odd is that you may in fact order the back door replacement leatherette from any Leica-dealer... It is very easy to replace, and can be done by anyone. I changed it on a M4 a few months ago. The cost was reasonable too.
