He also used a Contax RF for informal portraiture, the aformentioned Hasselblad, various Polaroid cameras (and polaroid film in large-format), and even a Leica R4 late in life. I only know this 'cos I just saw a large show, Ansel Adams and the American West (currently in Portland, Maine), which inspired me to read his autobiography.
