A VERY interesting post ruined by this "wishful thinking" last paragraph, Mike.
Showing a stack of prints to people is better "research" than the study of MTF graphs?
And reduces the study of MTF graphs to "wishful thinking"?
Any person who devotes himself to scientific research would certainly not be
pleased to hear his approach described as "wishful thinking" would he/she?
My language may be weak but this language is thoughtlessly demeaning and insensitive.
