Bonjour Paul,

  I had a similar problem with my M5 a couple of weeks ago. The problem was
simply that a screw from inside the sprocket wheel had disengaged.  Before
sending your camera for repair, remove the film from the camera (I used a
changing bag) then check the hole on top of the sprocket wheel.  You may
find that the screw has partly unscrewed and keeps the sprocket wheel from
moving.  If that does not work...well I have heard very good things about
Sherry...
