It's probably been 10 years since I've used my tripod...it doesn't even 
open up any more!

I live with one 'extra' back and one 'other' lense, and, unfortunately, it 
is VERY heavy (2.2kg 50/2.8), but I don't take that with me when I go 
hiking ;-)
