That thread on the HUG never reached the state of ugliness that many
threads appear to on the LUG.  I certainly never came close to having to
intervene (I'm the administrator).    But perhaps I didn't pay close enough
attention to what some of you were saying.  If I had seen someone being
referred to as a "shlock artist", the thread would have ended sooner.
