Dear LUG,

I am thinking about buying a tripod with quick release clamp for my M-system.
The QR plates from Kirk and Really Right Stuff were discussed often on the list
and highly recommended. However, looking at those plates, I feel that something
like a M-grip with QR-plate in one piece would be "Really Better Stuff".
Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Can it be made by a milling job on the
standard M-grip that just adds the dovetail? (Tom A.?)
