Hi Kam,
It could well be that some M6s do not react completely well to a 3E. I tried one
on my M6 in the fall of 1998, and I also found that the correct framelines did
not click in place 100%--sometimes I had to wiggle the focal length selection
ring a bit. Eventually, I could activate all 3 framelines, but I did not have a
completely confident feeling about it.
