That image is 1600x1200x24. Just shoot a good-quality negative and run
it through a good-quality scanner. This picture isn't even close to
the edge of what you can get with a good scan of a fine-grain 35mm
negative. However, the lustrous tonal rendition of this picture reminds
me a lot of Fujicolor NPL 160, which as far as I know only comes in 120
and bigger sizes, so maybe they shot this in medium format.
