B.D.;

 Leica would create a small red dot on a clear plastic adheasive strip to be
placed on the M camera with elastic devise and package it in a gray
cardboard box retailing for somewhere around $99.95 US. When the plastic
windows on my R 4's began to pop out I asked Leica what could be done.
Leicas answer was send them in for a $90.00 repair. My answer... call
Minolta and purchase back sans little windows for $11.00.

Photographer are so resourceful. Many of us both old pros and dedicated
users have been in contact with Leica for years with useful suggestions on
improvements to the M or R line. I haven't seen any of them put into
production. Some special engraved cameras housed in special display cases
produced in limited numbers.

I'll spam 'em if you really think it would do so good.
