For the Viso II/IIa/III, the 2/90 Summicron, first generation, lens head
takes the 16462 adapter, which also works on the 2.8/135 Elmarit head. An
alternative is the much rarer ZOOEP/16463. Both allow infinity focusing.
The UOOZK/16598 was for use on the Viso I/PLOOT.
