Subject: [Leica] visoflex lens adapter

I have a 90mm f2.0 summicron that I wish to use with my visoflex III and
focusing bellows.  I need to locate an adapter that will take the head
from this lens to attach to the bellows.  Can anyone tell be the item #
or where I might begin to look?   I would greatly appreciate a reply to
my personal address.
