Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, my dream M7 would retain the traditional Leica 
baseplate and M4 take-up spool . . . Really all I'm asking for is an 
electronic shutter, aperture priority, TTL flash metering and DX coding. 
Leave everything else the same. Continue to offer the M6. Heck, even bring 
out a non-metered M2-2 and make it a three camera line for all I care. It's 
just that I think an electronic shuttered camera would be very USEFUL (Notice 
I don't say anything about "saving the company"). Think of it like the old 
Nikon FM/FE or FM2/FE2 line. Similar cameras, one offers auto the other 
doesn't. Now, wouldn't that make EVERYBODY happy? Would someone please tell 
the Germans: Choice is GOOD.
