Alastair: bought one of these for the wife last yr. great little Leica, has a
lot program modes. Lens is good, we only use it for family shots, but I
wouldn't be worried about using it as a back up to my R's if the need came
about. Has it's own table top tripod and electric cable release. Have not made
anything over 5"x 7" yet and they are all very good. Not shot any chromes, but
with color neg the meter seems bang on.
