But that is not the issue. The issue is whether or not there is a difference. In all areas, one pays a great deal more at the upper end for little more in performance. The same question comes up regarding high-end audio. Is the difference worth it, especially if I really do not hear much of a difference? For me with audio and photography it is worth it. I routinely make compromises in daily life. But in these two areas where passion is the driving force, not cost-benefit/profitability, I spend the dough - I always have. Perhaps, if I had to make a living in photography or audio and where the common taste and sensitivity determine the marketability of a product, I would conclude otherwise. I do not mean to be perjorative here - just realistic. Bob
