I believe they removed the self-timer on that model due to design problems
that would have increased the size of the body. If you need a self-timer
there are optional accessories that can provide that function.  I am sure on
of the other LUGgites can provide you with a model number for the Leica
brand self-timer, or a suitable alternative.
