Leitz Canada / Picker X-Ray 90mm F1.0 lens.

I was wondering if anyone had any information about the above lens.
My father was in the X-ray business and I recently found this lens.  It is very large and heavy with a fixed focus.  Its purpose was most likely for X-Ray room TV cameras or X-Ray imaging.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.
