Or do you mean you would love to pay taxes if your community had an excellent school system? The school systems throughout the US are being dumbed down to the point US students are unable to compete with their counterparts in mathematics and science. Social promotions are now the rule and pretty soon the Federal government will pass another law that prohibits employers from even asking if prospective employees have graduated from high school.
