It is much easier for the rulers to use force to control their taxpaying subjects if only the rulers have guns. The same liberal Marxists who cry for gun control will be the first cowards to call for someone else to save them when the criminals come calling and everyone knows there are not enough police to keep everyone safe. These are the same people who will give up everything in return for the government satisfying their every need. The only problem is the government will not be there for them when it gets down to the crunch and they will be defenseless against the criminals the Clintonites keep turning loose to pray on the public. The 5% who are in control in every country whether Russia, China, USA, etc., care only about one thing and that is power and control, and an armed citizenry is all that keeps them in check. Give away the right to protect yourself and the KBG-Brown Shirt types will have their way. Better keep the right to bear arms and control at the local level rather than transfer all of that to politicians who are corrupted and bought day and night by large campaign contributions.
