My DOF lever clicks up freely without any apparent damping.  Maybe mine is
missing something?  ARRRGGGH. I will banish it from my mind.  It takes good
pictures, when I point it at the right things.

It is not so much a delay but a feeling that the movement is damped, rather
than
the hard click I get with other cameras. It occurs even without any lens
mounted, so it is a feature of the body. I understand from others that this
is
normal.
