Leica's also placed a big order for photodiodes "used in the area of the innovative measuring system technique"; whether this is actually something new or whether it's just M6 light sensors, I don't know. http://de.biz.yahoo.com/991208/42/enmm.html Is the Konica Hexar RF a threat to Leica--or a source of revenue? I believe someone mentioned Leica's involvement in it's design, and that could mean royalties from the sale of each Hexar. What kind of dramatic sign from Leica were you hoping for? - -------------- Jeff Segawa Somewhere in Boulder, Colorado http://www.boulder.net/~4season
