I remember there is a kind of "sunny 16 rule" for
pictures of the moon:

App. 11 for 100 ASA at 1/2 sec. Try bracketing,
certainly on 22/12. Any exposure longer than 1/2 sec
will result in an oval moon, due to the movement of
the moon. Double exposure could be nice (though
unfortunately impossible with a M): expose the mmon
with a tele, remember its position in the picture, and
then expose the landscape. 

For the landscape: aurora  shots want 6 to 8 sec on
400 ASA at full opening (>2.8). This might give a clue
what exposure is needed for a moonlit landscape.
